In socialising and networking with others, you will find what is going on in Berri and other towns in the Riverland. Many of our members are also involved in other groups; including informal card group meeting in each other’s homes.
Interest areas of members include Caravan club, Dancing and Rock and Roll, exercise, Garden club, Heart Foundation Walking group, Meals on Wheels, Night Owls Bowls, Probus.
However, your interest may lie in Camera club, Church groups, and Craft group, Meditation or Quilting.
There are many opportunities to be involved in Volunteering, either in administering to our Club, organising Social Events (our club welcomes any offers of help, trip on the river, visit a movie, Cancer morning tea, Melbourne Cup Draw), maintaining our website. Supper run at the Hospital, serving at the local welfare shop – just because we are seniors doesn`t mean we are not involved in our community. We do have computers, internet, and facilities for you to bring your laptop. If, of course, you have a tablet or iPad, are learning the intricacies of newer technology come along, and enjoy the fun and friendship as we all learn together.
